The compassionate and caring staff at Mountainview Veterinary Hospital believes in doing everything we can to accommodate all pets, especially those with special needs or pets receiving end-of-life care.
To better help families whose pets do not travel well or have special circumstances that prevent them from being able to come to us, we come to them. Each year, Mountainview’s veterinarians make a large number of housecalls to deliver quality pet care from the comfort of patients’ homes.
We love our clients’ pets as though they were our own, and we see the value in making house calls for dogs and cats that simply can’t make it into the office.

Compassionate End-of-Life Care
Preparing for the death of a beloved pet is extremely difficult. For some families, keeping a pet surrounded by loved ones in the comfort and familiarity of its own home during those final days is a priority. These families often choose to pay for in-home euthanasia for their pets to help ease some of the pain of seeing their pet’s passing.
Our doctors know how meaningful and hard it is to say goodbye to such a beloved member of your family, and we strive to be as available as possible to make these saddening times easier for grieving families.
